Meet Asher. This beautiful, loving girl is ready for her forever home.
She is very food orientated and will do anything for a tasty treat!
She can be a nervous girl when she first meets new people however will warm up quickly and accept lots of attention. She is an affectionate girl and will roll over for belly rubs and affection on her own terms.
Asher is looking for an Adult only home due to her nervous nature. 👶
Asher has not met cats.🐱
Asher would benefit from another confident dog to keep her company and help build her confidence.🐕
Asher doesn't currently accept the collar, lead or harness and is very fearful of this. She has previously been for walks when she had the lead on her collar. She will need a secure garden to roam in until she is confident enough. 🐾
Fostering a rescue dog is not something to take on lightly, they need full commitment and a lot of work and patience to allow them to blossom. There may be many challenges to overcome so please ensure full dedication before applying.
Asher is toilet trained. Asher is not crate trained. She has been left for a few hours and behaved well when doing so. She is also great through the night.
Asher will sit in the car but she does suffer with car sickness. Asher can display guarding behaviours around her food therefore she should be fed separately at all times.
We always advise sensible and slow introductions to family members and other pets.
