❤️ Joy is a sweet, affectionate girl who has devoted herself to raising her pups, and now she’s finally ready to find a loving home of her own. She can be a little shy at first, but once she feels safe, her friendly and loyal nature shines through.
Joy truly enjoys being around people she knows and trusts, and she has a wonderfully calm, gentle presence. She recently met our child volunteer and was beautifully polite and relaxed.
She hasn’t met cats yet, but this can be arranged if needed. Joy gets along brilliantly with other dogs and loves both playtime and simply relaxing in their company. With slow, positive introductions, she would be more than happy to share her home with another friendly dog.
She accepts a lead and harness and walks very nicely, though she does love to stop and sniff everything, so her walks may take a little longer, but in the loveliest way. Joy has spent enough time caring for her pups, now she deserves someone who will care for her.
She’s waiting patiently for her chance to hop on the “happy bus” straight into the arms of her forever family. Will you be the one to give Joy her ticket out of shelter life and into a loving home?❤️
