Matthew is another pup that was found on the streets of Curtea De Arges. He is a typical puppy and is full of goofy and playful energy! 💙

Matthew can be a little nervous to start but it doesn’t take him long to decide he loves you! He can’t wait to find his own home to grow up and his new best friends to take him on lots of adventures!

He has been going out with volunteers and has been doing great with them! He’s learning what toys are and how fun they can be.
