Meet Aria ❤️

2 year old female

Medium/Large size

Location : Ormskirk

Aria is a gorgeous 2 year old girl who is looking for her forever people 🩷 She is thought to be a Staffie X and came into the care of Pawprints after being on Red Alert at the Pound and scheduled to be PTS 🚨

As a result of this we have no idea of her history prior to her time with us

She has spent some time in a family home since then but now, through no fault of her own, she finds herself back in kennels 💔

Typically she is very affectionate and her foster said “she flourished in a home environment”. Aria loves cuddles, treats and her humans 🥰 Kennels is not the place for a girl who loves company and snuggles on the sofa 🏡

Aria wears a collar, lead and harness She enjoyed meeting other dogs and sometimes got carried away with excitement while playing! She is a strong girl but responds well to direction especially if there is a tasty reward on offer! 🐕

Aria will need some work to help prepare her for the outside world again, an incident with a man outwith the previous family home has resulted in some trauma for her She’ll need an experienced owner who is committed to working with her to overcome this The rescue will provide full support with this 🌈

We feel Aria would be best suited to a female only home as she is understandably a little wary of men these days But this hasn’t always been the case so she could possibly live with an understanding male care-giver following meets at the kennel 🥰

She adores cuddles and her home comforts but she also needs clear, firm boundaries Knowledge of bigger breeds like Aria would be beneficial 🐶

Aria would enjoy the company of her human most of the time, at least until she was happy and settled She has, in the past, been content in her own company for a few hours and with time and patience we expect she will get to that point again 😊

She can be a bit of a diva so a dog, cat and child free home would suit her down to the ground 👑

Aria sleeps well overnight and enjoys trips in the car She likes looking out of the window to see where she is heading! 🚗

She would love to have a special someone in her life to go on adventures with and then cuddle up on the sofa with afterwards 🥰
