💙Merlin is a stunning, bright‑eyed youngster with all the potential in the world. He’s looking for a family who can guide him, educate him, and help him grow into the incredible dog we know he’s destined to be.

Although a little timid in the kennels, once outside Merlin’s true personality shines through. He becomes full of life, curiosity, and that wonderful puppy excitement that makes him such a joy to spend time with. He would thrive in a home that can offer him plenty of training, adventures, and new experiences to help him reach his full potential.

Merlin has accepted and worn a lead, but he will need further training to help him learn to listen to commands and walk confidently and politely. He’s eager to learn; he just needs someone patient and consistent to guide him.

One of Merlin’s biggest loves is other dogs. He adores them, and sharing his home with a kind, resident dog would really benefit him. Having a confident role model would help Merlin settle, learn, and adjust to life outside kennels. He also loves people and forms bonds quickly with gentle handling and reassurance.

Merlin has met children and was very sweet, though a little shy. For this reason, we feel he would be best suited to a home with children aged 8+ who understand that he may need space, calm interactions, and clear boundaries as he grows in confidence.

He has not met cats yet, but this can be arranged for interested adopters.

Merlin is dreaming of a family who can shower him with love, encourage him every step of the way, and commit to his training and education so he can blossom into the amazing dog he’s meant to be. He has such a happy outlook on life, and we don’t want to see that fade by spending his young years in kennels.

Please share Merlin’s post and help us find the forever home he truly deserves. 💙
