💙 Walter is a dog who truly tugs at your heartstrings. He is a kind and gentle boy, but he is also very timid and scared of the world around him. He’s never aggressive or reactive; he just appears worried and unsure about his surroundings.

Walter needs a kind and loving home where he can take the time to decompress, adjust to his environment, and eventually learn to relax and be happy.

He gets along well with other dogs, so having a friendly canine companion in the household may help him settle into his new home. Walter performed well during his lead test and seemed to almost smile! He simply needs someone to give him a chance, rescuing him from kennel life and provide him with a proper, loving home.

Walter has not yet met cats, but we can arrange an introduction upon request. Due to his nervousness, we recommend that he be placed in an adult-only home.

With the right support, encouragement, patience, and love, we believe Walter will become a loving and loyal companion.
